Here at Netherby Meats we’re a fourth generation family owned and butchery sourcing top quality cuts of meat and hand crafting award winning small goods for locals and passionate foodies to enjoy.
 
 We’re quite new to ordering online, just like some of you might be new to ordering meat online from your local butcher. Our on-line product selection will grow over the coming weeks and months, along with our small good options such as Gluten Free.  We do make a great selection of GF goods, which are only available in-store at this stage.  

Please note, product images are being updated over the coming weeks.  The featured stock imagery will also be updated with our own fabulous photography too.

PLACE YOUR ORDER:

Place your online order, and then pay by internet banking, Visa/Debit card over the phone or RuralCo . We will send you a confirmation of the items ordered, and your chosen delivery date Tuesday or Thursday.

No pickups in lockdown,  please use online order forms.

Please note, not all meat will be in stock, we will contact you if this is the case.

Whilst at Alert 4 we are unable to have our Retail shop open to public.

Online orders will start on 6th April 2020 – First Delivery Thursday 9th April.

WE PREPARE YOUR ORDER:

Orders and payment made by 9pm Monday will be available for delivery on Tuesday.

Orders and payment made by 9pm Wednesday will be available for delivery on Thursday.

WE DELIVER 

Deliveries within Mid Canterbury will made to the door or the gate, please do not come out to see us, as we are keeping our staff safe.

Orders may be delayed due to demand, we will let you know if there is any issue of delivery to you.

Outside Mid Canterbury limited courier services are available.  If you reside outside Mid Canterbury please place your order and we will be in touch to discuss delivery options and fees.

Whilst at Alert 4 we are unable to have our Retail shop open to public.

We delivery within the Ashburton Town Boundary and between the Rakaia & Rangitata Rivers. 

If you live outside Mid Canterbury, please place your order and we will be in touch to discuss delivery options, fees and the final cost of your order which will need to be paid by Internet Banking prior to dispatch with a courier.

We delivery on Tuesday and Thursday within Mid Canterbury.

Orders and payment received before 9pm Monday and 9pm Wednesday will be delivered on Tuesday and Thursday. 

Within the Ashburton Town Boundary – Free delivery on larger orders (the threshold was $50 at the time of writing).  Orders under the threshold will incur a delivery fee ($5 at the time of writing).

The delivery fee for Mid Canterbury rural areas varies, depending on postal code. 

All orders are payed for before delivery. 

Payment option;

  • Internet banking. Netherby Meats Ltd 06-0837-0288608-02
  • RuralCo – please include your details on checkout, and we will charge your RuralCo account.  No internet banking payment required.
  • Visa or debit cards – payment can be made by phone we will phone you when your order is processed for payment

Upon completing your order a confirmation email will be sent to your designated email address. Once your payment is cleared your order is packed and ready for delivery.  We will be in touch to confirm a delivery time on your chosen Tuesday or Thursday.

We cut each order individually, All packs come frozen other meat will be on trays, bagged or vacuumed packed

Producing high quality products are at the centre of everything we do.  If you’re not satisfied with a product you’ve ordered from us, please contact us immediately. 

CLICK AND COLLECT IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING COVID-19 ALERT LEVEL 4.

Our click and collect service is fabulous for those who have busy lives.  Simply place your order on-line before 9pm, select your payment method, and once your ordered is confirmed and payment received we will confirm when your ready is ready to collect.  Our shop hours are 7am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

Yes we do sell a fabulous selection of Gluten Free small goods such as, meat patties and sausages and more which are only available in-store.  Call in and visit us, we’re in the Netherby Shopping Centre, and our shop is open Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm.  We look forward to seeing you soon.
